Supplier + Franchisee Communications
Overview
Supplement World contracted us to standardize the way their product suppliers submit items intended for sale across their 30+ retail locations throughout Canada. Our team worked to create a standardized submission process, including deadline reminders and product requirements, to ensure that information could be automatically processed.
Once all sale items are collected and approved by Supplement World, data processing occurs daily to determine who needs to be contacted or reminded about the approved products. Automated SMS and emails are then sent out to suppliers, franchisees, and the marketing department.
Future plans involve further automation of this process and providing printing partners with an executive dashboard. This will enable Supplement World to track all stakeholders and suppliers throughout the monthly workflow.
Promotion performance is tracked by exporting sales data from the POS system to determine which supplier discounts yield the best in-store sales figures. Advertisement placements are determined based on past promotional performance.
