Overview
As an automotive dealership, Auto Clearing relies on multiple data sources to gather leads from potential customers.
Utilizing over eight data sources simultaneously each month, it became challenging to evaluate the performance of their various advertising budgets. Reports were arriving from multiple sources, each using different languages to track distinct sets of metrics.
With this setup, conducting channel-by-channel or vendor-by-vendor comparisons was impossible due to the lack of strategized data.
Outcomes
We integrated the eight different sources into one report, providing Auto Clearing with a high-level overview of their data. This overview included information on incoming leads, vehicles sold from those leads, and the revenue generated from each sale. This streamlined setup helped the dealership determine which of the eight data sources was the most profitable and, consequently, where to allocate their advertising budget for optimal outcomes each month.
